Description

The eavestrough on the west side of Block A was urgently removed and is still missing as a result of a large portion becoming detached due to a failure of the wood fascia which had rotted. Additionally it was noted that there was no metal fascia and the wood was exposed to the moisture causing the issue. The same situation exists on the west side and should be corrected
