GOC349951 - Cs - Office Space Rework

Office space rework (Room 465), The client has an open area that they would like to divide into 2 closed office to meet the demands of the ATSSC mandate. The purpose of the project is to make sure the areas for the proposed 2 closed offices, and hallway, have the proper FAVC devices, proper sprinkler coverage, HVAC, ceiling lights and controls, and electrical outlet requirements. The current conditions: there are sprinkler heads in the ceiling track - location of the new portable wall system, there is only 1 FAVC speaker in the area, the lights are control by a light switch in a different location. (Right of room 424D by Stairwell G, IT Support)There is another area the client had a closet built during a recent project. This closet is to have a door installed (sitting in storage) but there is a sprinkler head in the way of the door swing. They would like to have the sprinkler head relocated. The consultant needs to provide direction for a new location of the sprinkler head and to make sure the area will have proper sprinkler coverage with the relocation of the sprinkler head.
