Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
1. Replace the existing two (2) fuel oil hot water boilers with more energy efficient condensing propane boilers. This would involve removal of all of the associated fuel oil, storage and delivery systems, pumps and piping in the lower mechanical room, boilers, chimneys, fuel oil day tank and piping in the penthouse, and select supply and return heating water piping to allow the installation of the new boilers, propane piping, roof terminations.
2. The back of the building will be the location for a new propane storage tank. From here gas piping would be installed underground to the east side of the building and up onto the roof. The tank will be enclosed with a chain link fence.
