Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Septic system investigation and IAR Report required to determine at least three (3) options, Status quo/repair/replacement. Report to include Class D estimates for each option.

Consultant to determine if septic system meets usage requirements, requires any upgrades to support usage and meets all applicable codes and regulations including but not limited to the Ontario Building Code.

Client requesting itemized pricing per PIN, client has option to remove PIN should there be funding restrictions.

10 Septic systems to be inspected in total. List of sites to be provided in a separate document.

Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for each building/facility will be available for each site visit if a bidder/or their company representative(s) need to visit several or a specific site.
Meet at the Pickering Lands Site office, 5070 Sideline 22, Claremont, Ontario in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.
