Statement of Work/Overview:
Complete minor repairs to walls including damaged masonry units, repointing of mortar joints, replacement of control joint sealants, cleaning of stained surfaces, and cleaning or repainting of rusty metal surfaces. Replace all deteriorated window sealants. The building has fixed type, anodized finish aluminum windows. An evaluation of all components is to be completed to develop the scope of work. Repairs should be made to extend life at least 15 years.
