Consultant services of Investigate and Report and provision of Plans and Specifications for the Refinish of the tower steel windows. Interior only. Approximately 100 (8"x8") windows. Current windows are Clerestory. 1500 mm wide runs between first and second floor to the 4th. floor, approximately 7500 mm. Window frame is bronze with 250 x 203 mm rectangle glazed sections. Windows were upgraded in 1988. There may be impact to the tenant if stairwell needs to be closed so there is a Potential for after hours work only. May have FHBRO considerations
