Description

Consultant to review 3 duplexes behind RCMP D Division on Dominion Street. The foundation at the Health Services Duplex has visible cracking and water leakage into the basement. There is visible cracking on the foundation floor running north/south. At this crack, the floor appears to slant to the east. Temporary patching is in place. At the vacant duplex (used for storage), when the sewer lines were scoped they were found to be collapsed (both sides). Water service is currently turned off at this building. This project is to investigate and report on the condition of the foundation and water/sewer lines at all 3 duplexes. Provide IAR and Plans and Specifications ready to tender the repairs.
