Consultant to provide Investigative Analysis Report, Plans and Specifications and Tender Documents for the modernization of building elevators. The 2 passenger and 1 freight elevators are past their expected life cycle. Although operating safely, repairs are becoming more frequent and as parts are no longer made for these elevators, longer downtimes are effecting the building Tenants. Another challenge is there are fewer Technicians able to work on this older equipment and we have found this to also be a scheduling challenge. The scope of this project is full modernization of all elevators - mechanical, electrical and cabs
