Interior refinishing of an approximately 250 square meter suite. Space is currently empty and work involves removal of existing rolled carpet and carpet base, demolition of approximately 16 linear feet of PC350 wall assembly and reconstruction of approx. 8 linear feet of new drywall.  Entire space to be patched as required and repainted. Install owner supplied carpet tile and new vinyl base.  Replace ceiling tile as required (carry 100sq. meter of new ceiling tile). Electrical involves demolition of 1 F/A horn and install 2 new. Connect 8 workstations, various small power requirements and data outlets elsewhere (kitchenette). Relocate one light fixture. Relocate 2 fire extinguishers and S/I 1 new solid core door with lite to replace existing (frame to be re-used). Relocation of t-stats and blocking install for smart boards.
