• Energy Audit Mechanical Systems Assessment #18 - Low Flow Fixture Upgrade Plumbing fixtures in the facility consist of high-flow water closets (13.5 LPF), urinals (5.7 LPF), shower heads (9.5 LPM) and faucets with high flow aerators (8.3 LPM).

• Replace the high-flow fixtures with their low-flow and ultra low flow equivalents: water closets (6 LPF), urinals (0.5 LPF), showers (3.8 L/M) and Lavatories aerators (1.4 LPM). Payback 1.1 Years Lavatories(8.3 LPM)85 - Showers (9.5 LPM) 4 - Water Closets (13.5 LPM) 115 - Urinals (5.7 LPM) 21.

• The consultant shall estimate as applicable any expected annual water savings.

• The consultant shall investigate any available incentives and submit a financial incentive application to the appropriate utility company on behalf of the client stating the claimed water saving potential.  
• A simple payback estimate including both water savings and the projected incentive benefit shall be included in the design proposal.
