There are numerous areas within the complex that need repairs and areas that need to be paved. This project will start off with a complete complex assessment. The area of wok includes Hannel Drive right up to Robertson Rd. Included in this project will be reviewing the drainage and need for additional catch basins. There are 2 new gravel parking lots that will be paved as part of this project.
