GOC332985 - Upgrade Interior Windows Blinds Study

Statement of Work/Overview:
Request for Consulting Services

A study is required to identify various options to replace the existing interior window coverings for Library Square. The study should address the following key point items, but not limited to:
1. Options for different types of blinds which may include blinds with replacements parts, or blinds that come in multiple sections. Some of the windows in the building are 18 feet high and may require blinds that come in two or more sections.
2. Identify groups of blinds where we have a large amount worn out so that the blinds can be replaced in sections over a period time.
3. Provide a phase out plan for the removal of the blinds that could be completed over time.
4. Highlight areas of the building that may provide challenges for replacement due to height, workstations in the way, etc.

The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Standard Time (PST). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP documentation.
