GOC338337, GOC338316 and GOC338332 MAL-RFP Repost Consultan - GOC338337 SDS Add lighting Sensors-GOC338316&338332 SDS Energy Audits

Consultant to review the full scope of work contained in the Requirements Document and in the Commissioning Requirements Scope of Work for both projects in this tender.
 
GOC338337_SDS Add Lighting Sensors to HRSDC Basement File Room_120 Wellington St.,Chatham:

• Install approximately 25 occupancy sensors with adaptive dual technology (ultrasonic and passive infrared) mounted on the existing unit-strut in the ceiling system in the HRSDC Central registry basement file room. 
• The sensors will control the various rows of lighting in this very large room using approximately eight control boxes, each controlling approximately 3 sensors. One sensor will control two rows of lights.
• All wiring is to be run inside EMT conduit.
• Provide ESA inspection.
• This project is scheduled for full implementation and close-out by January 22, 2016

• The consultant shall provide a detailed energy audit in accordance with ASHRAE Energy Audit Level II standards and aligning with the Energy Audit Terms of Reference document.
• Consultant to provide an energy efficiency audit in a format acceptable to PWGSC
• Consultant to refer to the attached MB-03b Energy Audit_Scope of Work_GOC338316 for reference.
• This is a study only project and is expected to be completed by January 8, 2016
