Description

Consultant to review the full scope of work contained in the Requirements Document and in the Commissioning Requirements Scope of Work for both projects in this tender.

GOC338313_SDS Dedicated Domestic Hot water Boiler:

Consultant to provide estimate of existing energy consumption in gig a joules annually (GJ/year) related to the existing domestic hot water system (DHW) and provide a comparison to the energy consumption estimated for the consultant's proposed new DHW system design and/or solution.
The consultant shall investigate available incentives and submit a financial incentive application to the appropriate utility company on behalf of the client stating the claimed energy saving potential. A simple payback estimate including both energy savings and the projected incentive benefit shall be included in the design proposal.
Consultant to provide estimate in terms of GJ/year of any energy improvements expected due to new DHW boiler system.

GOC338338_SDS Washroom and Elevator and Main Entrance Lobby Lighting Retrofit to LED Strip Lighting

Consultant to provide estimate of existing energy consumption in kWh/year related to current lighting system and provide a comparison to the energy consumption estimated for the consultant's proposed new lighting system design and/or solution.

The consultant shall investigate available incentives and submit a financial incentive application to the appropriate utility company on behalf of the client stating the claimed energy saving potential.
