Description

GOC341372:

Replace existing deteriorated aluminum window frames and construct window foundation to support new window frames from deterioraing due to sitting on existing stone pavers prone to water, salt and sand.
Consultant to incorporate weather factors for this project because it will be implemented between January and February of 2016.
Consultant must have the site investigation completed and the IAR report of the recommendations for implementation completed by December 21, 2015

Existing aluminum window frames are presently sitting on existing stone pavers and are prone to water,salt and sand damage. Some areas of deterioration was repaired by the building management team, but it is evident that underlaying Steel support frames are deteriorated and have create additional problems with water infiltration into the building.
