Description

Stairs are not being used due to current condition. Exterior stairs are located at the Bio - Assay building; "back of the building". There is also a small set of stairs for the generator room that have crumbled at the base allowing the railing post to come free. Exterior stairs in at least two locations (more may have since been identified) are crumbling and require repair or replacement. Refurbish or replace to allow for safe entrance and exit to the facilities. Ensure guardrails are compliant with current codes.
