Description

Applying Sealant at Roof Cap Flashing Joints - Supply and install sealant at all cap flashing joints.
Vent Stack Waterproofing Modifications - Supply and install new paintable single component hybrid sealant at all failed or missing sealant joints at vents and storm collars.

Parapet Flashing - Remove existing flashing at Area of Work. Supply and install new membrane flashing up and over parapet as per details; tie into existing roof membrane. Supply and install new cap flashing and secondary flashing complete with standing seams at inside and outside corners, s-lock at all other locations. Supply and install sealant on flashing.
