GOC359419 - CRA Lobby Modifications – Red Deer

 The objective of this project is to modify the first floor of the Red Deer office to allow a new tenant access to the second floor/basement. CRA is controlled space and requires secure access. Work will consist of adding a new security device and modifying the door leading into the CRA controlled space and building a wall to isolate the elevator. Modifications will need to be made to CRA interview rooms as the public will now be accessing the entrance. Note the following: Replace existing interior door, convert to a perimeter door and create and alarm/access keypad, this door and lock system must meet CRA perimeter security standards.
