Description

Cyclical project to refurbish the windows at EMB on the 4th & 6th floor. The scope of work is to to seal the single pane windows from the inside. The process consists of building in interior frame and sealing with the existing Heritage Windows with new glazing. There are approximately 115 windows units affected for the balance of the building. The number windows left to be completed on the 4th and 6th floor must be verified by the Contractor. 6Th Floor is to be completed this fiscal year time period from January 2016 to April 30, 2016. The 4th floor to be implemented depending when funds become available in April of 2016.
