Description

Install a card swipe at the basement entrance. There is currently no lock on the basement door which allows anyone entering the building access to the basement space.
CBSA agrees to the following terms related to the installation: 1) The cost to install and maintain the card swipe would be the full responsibility of CBSA, for as long as the card swipe is in place; 2) The card access would be through the base building system, not a CBSA system; 3) The base building system would allow access to all tenants, not just CBSA.
