Description

Complete Investigation and Report (IAR) to ivestigate current fire separation status of boiler room ceiling and provide detailed options and costs to upgrade fire separation to comply with National Building Code. Recommended options to considered: Option 1: Remove the rest of the existing ceiling and build a fire rated ceiling in this space; with all penetrations will have to be fire stopped. Option 2: Remove the rest of the existing ceiling and apply spray-applied fireproofing to the complete under floor and metal supporting members
