Description

Removal of existing wooden door, transom and steel frame and replacement with STC 52 rated door and frame assembly into existing STC52 rated wall assembly. New hinges required but existing door hardware to be re-used. Contractor responsible to ensure installation procedure / requirement strictly followed. Door will be tested upon completion for conformance to STC52 rating. Contractor responsible to make good any deficiencies.

General Contractor to provide competent supervision from their own forces any time multiple trades are on site. Each sub-trade to provide competent supervision for their own forces.

All work except to be performed during silent hours. (17:00 until 07:00) or weekends

Drawing and specification to be provided via an addendum prior to job showing.
