GOC327433 - Washroom Fixture Replacements

Consultant to review IAR, Plans and specifications from previous consultant (2012). Update projected costs and specifications to new Fixture Models as recommend ed in the IAR. Continuation of project through Tendering phase, Construction Phase, and Close out.
 
The scope is to replace 6 water closets with Ultra Low Flo Models, replace 11 Urinals with Ultra Low Flo Models, replace 29 lavatory Aerators with Ultra Low Flo Models, and replace 6 shower heads with Ultra Low Flo models. Also added to this scope (Not in plans and Specs) are to replace the 3 Water Fountains with more energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing models.
