Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
.1         Replace entire horizontal pipe (approx. length 100 ft) c/w cutting/patching/painting of existing loading dock ceiling.
.2          Replacement of existing heat tracing.
.3         All work shall be phased in order to maintain operation of the loading dock throughout the work. A general phasing plan has been provided however, it is the responsibility of the contractor to develop a detailed phasing plan that meets the requirements/effective operations of the building.
.4         All noise, odour related work and work impacting base building system should be conducted after hours and or on weekends only.
