Statement of Work/Overview:
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

GOC327268 – Group Relamping and Reballasting

Included in the scope of work:
Retrofit existing lighting luminaires with long life 28w T8 (84000 hours) with Low Ballast Factor (LBF) Ballasts, and new 6” recessed CFL downlight on floors 11-18.

Please note that all products are required to be BC Hydro approved for rebate purpose for energy savings.

Please register with RFP Administrator 48 hours prior to the site visit date (January 14, 2016) if attending mandatory site walkthrough.
