Statement of Work/Overview:
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

GOC327254 – HVAC & Attic Insulation Upgrades

Included in the scope of work:

Remove chiller and cooling tower and replace with air cooled chiller. Provide gylcol feeder system and new chilled water pumps. Replace existing piping and wiring between chiller location and building including restoration of loading dock area and parking lot.

Remove and replace perimeter hydronic radiation. Replace heating pumps.

Remove pneumatic controls and replace with direct digital controls.

Repair/replace ducts in attic space and re-insulate.

Repair vapour barrier at duct penetrations.

Please register with RFP Administrator 48 hours prior to the site visit date (January 25, 2016) if attending mandatory site walkthrough.
