Consultant to provide tender documents to complete the following :  Contractor to supply material and labour necessary to reduce the sound transmission being experiences in rooms 118 and 119, including: removal of existing drywall, install Roxul Safe & Sound insulation, reinstate wall to match existing (1/2" drywall, crackfill, prime, paint, vinyl baseboard), install weather strip around doors and drop down door sweeps, seal between walls and wood beams, install new drop ceiling with NRC tiles, fire rated ceiling grid, lower lighting and diffuser to bottom side of ceiling. Consultant to complete final inspection and project sign off. Photos off offices attached.  Use acoustic sealant at top and bottom of walls and woodbeams.
