Description

Investigate terra cotta tile block walls for both high rise and low rise Ottawa Taxation Centre buildings. Provide the design to bring the seismic/structural resistance as well as fire safety and life safety to current NBCC. This is a requirement by the RPB Policy on seismic resistance of PWGSC Buildings which states that all buildings located in moderate to high seismic zones must be screened to mitigate earthquake risks.
