Description

The building was installed 10 to 15 years ago but is too small and inadequate for handling explosives samples. The electric system are not suitable for the building and there is no reasonable segregation between the explosive and non-explosive areas. There is no fume hood. It is proposed to replace the structure with a larger permanent building designed for handling explosives, preparing non-explosive equipment for tests, with proper safe electrical systems, heating-ventilation and a fume hood.
