GOC416187-BAG-RFQ - Consulting Services - Construct Detached Garage within Secure Parking Area

FULL CONSULTING SERVICES required as per RFP for Construction project below:
Construct storage garage to house three special purpose vehicles, storage for vehicle related equipment, and locker for special personal protective equipment. Locate garage in parking area near the south-west corner of the main building, beside the secure parking area gate.  Interconnect Garage and Main Building Automation System (BAS) and provide notifier (secondary monitoring) in Main Building for the Garage’s fire alarm system. Relocate existing pipes/services affected by new construction. Refer to Appendix ‘D’ for site plan diagram.  Refer to Appendix ‘H’ for floor plan diagram. Refer to Garage Study completed by Moon Matz Dec 15 2016. Apply for required permits upon approval of tender documents. Construction completed by FY2016-17 latest.
Consultant to attach a Preliminary Design Schedule (including 33%, 66%, 99% & tender ready plans & specs submissions) to Bid/Fee Proposal, for clients’ review prior to award.
Consultant to provide separate price for Long Form IAR when required. Refer to link below for Guide in completing Long Form IAR:

Consultant to apply for required Permits once Tender documents are approved. Permit fees are extra to contract. Permit receipts to be provided to BGIS PM for a change order to be issued.
