Statement of Work/Overview:
The 15 meter wide south facing Façade over the lower canopy to be rehabilitated into a new rain-screen envelope with a new canopy roofing system. South facing Façade and lower canopy rehabilitated as follows:

• Remove all stone cladding, stone sills and mortar from lower canopy up to 2nd storey roof;

• Remove entire window system and replace with a modern aluminum framed window system with drainage system and better U-value performance;

• Remove all rotted wood and replace with dry pressure treated wood;

• Install a proper Water Resistant Barrier on the structure that drains to the exterior;

• Incorporate a 25mm drainage plane behind the stone cladding (where mortar used to be);

• Ensure all flashings and drainage are sloped to exterior;

• Reinstate stone cladding and stone sills with weep holes top & bottom to create air equalization and drainage locations to exterior;

• Install long lasting high-modulus of elasticity sealant at intersection of materials; and

• Replace lower canopy roofing system.
